Great Location and Comfortable Stay

During our recent city trip, we stayed at a hotel that offered us a great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and quality amenities. the hotel had a complimentary breakfast that helped us start our days energized.

The room was lacking in basic necessities such as a hairdryer and the staff was unhelpful when asked for assistance. the check-in process was slow, leaving us waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.

Our room was above the street and it was noisy.

Its location is ideal for the city visit and the staffs are very kind.

The location of this hotel is superb, right across from the Historical Santa Chiara church, with everything in walking distance. It's also conveniently located just outside of the city wall, making it easy to access from the carparks located outside of the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities are provided and that the rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The view from the hotel, with views down the valley, is absolutely stunning. It adds an extra touch of beauty to the stay. The prices at this hotel are very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is not included. This allows guests the flexibility to explore other options for breakfast nearby.

No kettle or tea/coffee facilites in room and wifi is very weak and constantly drops out in room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the location couldn't have been better, with the hotel situated right across from a stunning historical church and within walking distance of all the attractions. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city.

I really enjoyed staying at hotel Roma, the staff was really friendly, the location is awesome - just across the street from Basilica di Santa Chiara, the view from the window is unbelievable, rooms tidy, breakfast enough :) so either you come with family or alone, it's great place to stay. I was travelling alone, i came late but the guys let me check-in after check-in hours. If I'm going back to Assisi - which I'm sure of - i definitely going to stay in hotel Roma again

This hotel is a great value for money, with everything in walking distance. The location right across from the Historical Santa Chiara church is superb -- within walking distance from the carparks located outside of the city wall. The rooms with views down the valley are kept spotlessly clean, with an Umbrian view.

Assisi not easiest town to access by car. But can do if you persist and drive slowly through crowds.

Lovely staff, good location by Basilica di S.Chiara - a key site in Assisi. As a Hist of Art student I travelled to Assisi to study it's famous sites. I stayed in a single room, with a beautiful view of the valley. I stayed one night, wish I'd stayed longer.
